S.O.S. Belle Epoque Scenario

I would like to know if my scenario XX Century: Belle Epoque is hidden. I just checked it and it looks like if i didn't published it but it was published. I can publish it again for i am no longer premium. Maybe is a bug and I am the only one who sees at it like it wasnt public. Can any mod or admin help?
