Lao was definitely one of the better players of this game that I have ever played against. His personality as a friend wasn't really that great because we disliked each other for certain reasons. Lao was definitely one of the better moderators in this game that took it seriously.

Overall well respected player and has a great GW UKR.
Have fun outside modship Lao and join our duel club!

it's clear that Mods are more in 'favor' of players that they know more on a personal level rather than normal AW players.

Not that i snitch for no reason, just when an annoying abuse continues and the mods dont deal with it i just ensure it will get dealt with but aside the point of me snitching, #Carter4Mod

did the guy get Perma Muted? Or was it like 24 hour mute. if it was wasnt a perma mute but was something over 100 hour mute its kinda unfair.
Granted he spammed Help chat but unless he had a previous warning on his account i think its more fair to just place his account on a parole list ( where hes closely watched) and if he goes without issue for 3 weeks he can be taken off the list and given a clean slate.
