Hi lads, i have a question, it's it better to overproduce troops or to just produce units when you need them?, also are cities individual in this matter?, example if don't produce units in a city can i produce double the units in another city in the same country in the same turn? or if don't produce units in 1 turn do they stack so i can produce double the units the next turn or they just disappear?

Also it would be nice to be able to produce all the units in one place rather than have them all spread over and have to move them to where you want them.

The reinforcement count of each city is calculated separately (so no, you can't produce double in one city by neglecting another), and they refresh every 4 turns, starting from turn 1. Any reinforcements you didn't use are discarded.

Not being able to produce all your units in one place is an intended feature. Since AtWar doesn't have a supply system or anything of the sort, troop assembly and movement is the only real logistics you deal with in the game.

Use the auto production feature.

Yeah i use it, but what i'm saying is that it would be good if you could produce all your units in the same city, so you would be able to produce 90 troops in a city instead of only 9 in each of the ten

Not coherent for this game nor "good"

As been said every city and capital resets its units every 4 turns, meaning turn 5,9,13 and so on.So if you have limited funds, you should build reinforcements first to the cities that needs them most, ie danger of opponent attacking them and then to the safe ones.Offcourse it would be optimal to build all your reins before the reinforcement turn.

You need to strategize around reinforcement turns. For example defending and capping enemy cities is most importand the turn before the reinf turn. Also taking a neutral city 1 turn before reinf turn is also optimal as you will get double production in 2 turns.
Offcourse practice 3 man walling so you do it on almost all your capitals.

If you have money for it, I dont see a problem producing as much as you can, but normally you need to keep track of your income and troop count. If you dont have enough income, you need to expand. Having a negative income count is very bad.
