I've lost my benefits from purchasing the Full Package (months ago).

Any way I can get in contact directly with an admin or something to work this out?

Maybe because if you create account you gain 1month premium free and if you buy another 1month premium you got 2month's.

Actually, you get 7 days of premium free upon signing up, unless I'm mistaken of course.

You get a free premium for one week if you return after one month of inactivity (if I remember correctly).
