I think they should bring back industrial powerhouse (before all u competitives get your dicks soft off this statement) buildings were the main focus of this entire strategy yet no one could utilize buildings in custom games so you could only enjoy it in world map(which people would disable them anyways). I feel it would've been a lot more well received(from scenario players specifically) if buildings actually worked in custom games and you could use the strat in those games

Is it only me, or when you move your mouse over the new rank icon, when selecting units from a stack in the field, like this:
the small selection window closes? The icon does not seem to have the same property that keeps the window open (like it used to have).

If I am some newcomer I would say that r16 shield is more like r6 (5+1). R7 and r11 almost same.
Why not continuing making top rank a skull emblem and other ones like this?
