Yea but this is more than the person simply telling their partner to go kill themselves in an argument or something. She repeatedly sent him texts. Shes a monster in my opinion and deserves what she got. The dude was only 18 and she clearly knew about his fragile mental state.

I don't know how can this be gender violence, because she didn't tell him "go kill yourself because you are a man." But facts are facts, she told him to kill himself, which he did, he even told him that "your parents will get over your death." I can't understand how he bought her bullshit and actually did it and in the same time conceal it from his family, he even had a little sister, who needed him . But I've been thinking at another scenario too, knowing his depressive state and suicidals inclinations, maybe she said that she actually needs to "INCOURAGE" him in doing it, did you see what she said, something like "do it, after it you will be happy in heaven," and what's more halucinating is that this noob didn't even google or something, where do suiciders go, because its not heaven, I think in some places you are even denied burial in a graveyard in this case...wretched boy.

While i don't think she should be at fault legally, she has done something very fucked up and i'm not upset that she was found guilty.

You do understand Bullying is a crime? She "bullied" him and by bullied I mean she psychologically abused him by telling him to kill himself and demeaning him as someone who was unimportant and fragile, she psycologically abused him to commit suicide, hence why she was convicted.
If you tell me, she should spent a good ammount of her time in prison, and fucking forced to deal with bullied victims.

I'm pretty sure any man would be accused of gender violence if this issue was the other way round, being the woman the victim. But that just a speculation of mine

This guy might have been inmensely in love, might have been fragile, might have had a tough adolescence or childhood, might be depressive, etc. The circumstances really don't matter to me all that much, the fact that this girl has psychologically played with his own PARTNER is fucked up enough to be put in jail. Also, no guy in such a state would ever consider googling anything, he was so screwed he commited siucide, no matter where he had to go.

From someone who has displayed a compassionate nature in the past i am surprised at you. This is similar logic that russian dude who invented the blue whale game applied. I am compassionate, to those who actually deserve my compassion. I have adopted a panda from wwf and i am a member of 3 wildlife/ enviromental organizations. I help for a living. But if you think i am gonna shed a tear for a privileged probably wealthy white kid from USA that decided to take his own life because "first world problems" you are mistaken. I dont give a fuck, thats the cowards way out anyway.

Living is a choice, if you dont want to live gtfo.

P.S. What blue whale did was wrong and i hope he rots in jail. That being said he is not mistaken at all, he did "clean" society from mentally disabled people who probably would be dangerous and a burden to society, anyway.

Truth is uncertain thing and taking extreme actions for it not only causes pain and brings you back but blinds people and distracts them from caring what is good and right for very long time - and yes it's called war.

Why do you consider confused and shaken people mentally as disabled? Is it right to exterminate me too? and what is that bullshit of "first world problem'"? The worker in Beijing who has to break his back in construction sites 16 hours a day 7 days a week for the riches of the commie party just for a low standart of living and noone to protect his basic rights is still a "spoiled summerchild" considering the North Korean rural boy who has to feed from his grandpa flash and his great granpa grave in order to survive while his motherfucker southern cousin makes enough money in a week to buy a ranch in California only cus his coward granpa fleed south instead of serving his nation. I am sure that you like me were told many times not to thing about things too much. But confusion and pain is most of the times necessary process in your attempt to adapt to learn and understand. many times it goes wrong - some people get crazy. some people become bitter paranoid or less gentle but if we are being honest humans lose proportions in everything they do and for me that is the healing process. Don't get me wrong. many times people do what they do for stupid motives - the way you chose to speak of the other people indicate you tempted to be selfish while writing that post but I also saw you burning bridges and getting yourself in trouble because you cared to fix people wrong ways of thiniking and defend others from lies and propoganda which means you do care more than just sastifing yourself and keep yourself comfortable. what I am trying to say that they did was very human and familiar (to be honest their life would be more meaningless if they did'nt look inside and arrive to this situation). those "priviliged first worlders" had the means to live selfish comfort life of sastifation and instead they looked for a better way and they should have gotten help instead of being encouraged to kill themselves.

I agree, dude shouldve get help, at least tell his parents his horrible situation and btw, why ppl say in article that that chick was his gf, l0000l, I never seen a gf which exhorts you to suicde, ok, maybe indirectly, but not text you: Do it brooo, you can do it, yuhuuu!
