How to get Europe

I want to use afterwinds Europe map but I cant find it so that i can clone it. Ive also tried to use the whole world map but it seems that i cant turn of the countries.

Europe map never existed, it was always a pre-set from world map, and you can't clone presets, therefore you need to clone the world map and delete stuff that you don't like.

Open up the world map, make all countries out of europe no go zones! bam you have a europe map
