Why is World Map so popular?

I don't know why the most boring map is the most popular.

"boring map" is more of the playerbase rather than the map.

I would suggest you find better players to play the world map with.

It's the only map none premiums can host. It's also the only map there was for three years of the game, it has seen the most balancing and love (the only map actually) from admins. It's what competitive play is almost exclusively used for aswell a majority of tournements.
