YOBA not all of them are terrible. The Douggie was ok, The Jerk was a wow and the Stanky Legg was just plain funny. Here are the videos to let you know how to do them or at least what they look like. I know your british so might not like em but please no bitching on dances. (even if you can't figure out how to do them right.)
