Since Tito made a FULL LIE thread about Croatia and Croatian Independence War, I just need to say the truth!
It is obvious that he wants, as every Serb, to make victims (Croatia) look as aggressors (Serbia). Also, you Serbians are already known as population whose national history is plagiarism.

NOW THE TRUTH
• What was really Operation Storm?
Operation Storm was a large-scale military operation in which the Croatian army and police (not Croatian rebels and fascist militia as Tito said) liberated the occupied territories under the control of the rebel Serbs, on which was established para-state Republic of Serbian Krajina WITHOUT any international recognition !!!
The operation on this day, 4.8.1995. and has returned to Croatian constitutional and legal system all the occupied territory except Eastern Slavonia. Operation Storm with Operation Flash were key actions that led to the end of the war.
The operation Storm freed 10,400 square kilometers, or 18.4% of total Croatian territory which was occupied by Serbian rebels from Croatia, JNA army (read Serbian army) and other Chetnik and Serbian rebel groups.
IMPORTANT:
By Operation Storm, Croatian army and police stopped sure genocide in Bihać (Bosnia and Herzegovina) that was planned by Serbian rebels and army who had already occupied Bihać.
Need to be mentioned, Serbians made big holocausts over the whole Balkans (Vukovar, Srebrenica, Sarajevo, many others...)
Casualties after Operation Storm that freed Croatia from Serbian rebels:
Croatia - 174 soldiers died, 1100 wounded
Serbia - 410 soldiers died - by HRW (International statistical organisation) and Seriban statistical organisation are saying much bigger number (expected, but it is exaggerating)
Also, during Operation there were collateral victims (as in every army operation). Number of Serbian collateral victims is: 116 by HRW (and 1200 by Serbian statistics - Here you can see how they are forcing those numbers to be bigger)

Probably the most important result is defeating the crazy concept of a Greater Serbia on Croatian territory and creating conditions for ending the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• About 250 000 evacuated Serbs!!!
Despite constant calls of Croatian president Franjo Tuđman to citizens of Serbian nationality to stay in Croatia, which guarantees them full citizenship (!!!!) , the largest number of Serbs at the request of his military and political leadership left Croatia in cars and tractors.
The order on the evacuation of Serbs from was signed by Serbian General Mile Mrksic and Mile Martic (!!!!).
Number of Serb refugees is assessed differently: Croatian sources say the figure of 90,000 people, the UN about 150,000, and the Serbian 200.000-250.000 (Incredibly pumped number again).
About the organized evacuation testified one of the Croatian Serb rebel leader Milan Babic on May 9, 1995.
Here is statement of that Serbian rebel (!!!!) :
'For me, it seemed astonishing to hear that the Main Staff of the RSK army and President Mile Martić ordered a general evacuation of the Serbian population and the withdrawal of the army on all fronts lines in Knin, Northern Dalmatia and Lika, although on most lines of contact with the Army were not expressed serious combat and the Army is under the previous plan, and should be able to keep the approaches to Knin at least a month in which there were all the necessary conditions'.
To prove all of this, I have Serbian document about evacuation which was signed by Serbian General Mile Mrksic and Mile Martic:

I call on the initiators of the rebellion to realize the futility of their venture and its harmfulness for the Serbian community in Croatia, if they persist in rebellion, to surrender to Croatian authorities and accept forgiveness and a fair trial for their transgressions. Bosnian Serbs rocketed the hope. Serbs from eastern Herzegovina shelled the Dubrovnik area. The rebel Croatian Serbs from the occupied Croatian Danube rocketed the Osijek, Vinkovci and Nuštar. The rebel Croatian Serbs from Kordun stoned Karlovac. Many religious objects were shot.
6th of August:
Serbian air force planes from BiH in Banja Luka attacked several Croatian towns, where they killed two and injured 11 people. While the Serbs from Bosnia and Herzegovina aircraft rocketed Mačkovac and Savski Bok, Croatian air defense collapsed their two aircraft.
Also, this has to be mentioned so you know the difference between Croatians and Serbians, during Operation Storm Croatian forces havent destroyed any religious (Orthodox) facility, while Serbian forces destroyed 1450 Croatian churches and 1100 Bosnian mosques

Explain why would he have some kind of retardation? Guy is pointin out the most objective side of the story and I will explain it a little bit detailed. Firstly, I would call myself retarded if I would believe to the numbers of Serbian historicals either if I would believe to Croatian ones. Serbian pumped that number fucking incredibly so they say there were between 700 000 - 1 500 000 victims. It is nothing than myth because in Independent State of Croatia lived 1 800 000 people of Serbian nationality, mostly on the land of todays Bosnia and Herzegovina. It would mean that there were killed in one between 40%-85% of total Serbian population who lived in Independent State of Croatia. It is nothing than fake propaganda to make bad thing look even more bad. Same is with Croatian statistics who are saying the number of 20 000 and less. Also bullshit. Real number, according to the newest and independent proven statistics (not the only ones who are saying this is the most beliveable number, ypu can check everywhere), is number of 45 000 - 53 000 Serbians. If that shame thing happened, especially to your nation, please dont make it look like joke with some fantastic numbers. Only thing you are doing with that is spitting on dead ppl. The nationalism in these threads is too damn high. But what annoys me the most is that 13 people upvoted the op and at least half of them i know for a fact, they know SHIT about the subject and shit about balkan wars and history. But they still upvoted. Just because its Tito doesnt mean you get to pick the opposite side automatically, not in a historical debate atleast. That being said, i would be stupid to ever get in the middle of a Serbo-Croat war. I prefer to stay neutral. What i can say with my probably limited knowledge on the matter, is that both sides are guilty of attrocities and crimes against humanities. Balkans are not a game, they are chaotic, ruthless, bloodthirsty and unforgiving. Serbia has been kind of a bully though, i will admit this. A generalization from what ive read is that it just couldnt let Croatia be, kept poking and stepping on it. But and this is a big but, Serbia has been a victim and since the West doesnt give a fuck about us, we living in the Balkans, should. Serbia was under Ottoman rule for 500 years and we need to understand this. This can fuck up a whole country and leaves scars that arent easily healed, trust me i know. Croatia never got this type of pain and suffering, living under kebabs is hell it self. So i would suggest, Croatians cut Serbians some slack, they been through so much. And Serbians to stop the hate and back off. We have bigger enemies upfront. And they are inside now and you idiots are fighting among yourselves. They are called muslims. Turkalbans and bosniaks, literally Turkey, are still inside Balkans, gaining territory (kosovo) and instead of fighting them, you fight with yourselves. So course of action by wise Khal : 1. Stop fighting and give hands 2. Remove kebabs from balkans - Albania/ Bosnia (use any force necessary) 3. Once balkans belong to us again, we need to stop being protectorates of the West and claim our lands again. Work on our economy and make new deals with the east. 4. gg 5. i woke up
