South Africa was Apartheid, they calculated only White population as citizens and workers thus creating virtual reality and results.

Eh...when comparing gdp per capita of african nations to China, Brazil and Mexico, thats what comes out, you're not showing the whole picture here, as you can see, in the 2008 crisis, the % of gdp per capita of african nations to the world went up. in reality most of these countries are doing better today than 50 years ago.
