Private topic?

Is it possible to create a private topic (maybe with a password?), where I can talk without problems with my allied in game?

You mean chat? If youre in game you need to be allied with somebody and click on the arrow beside "game" and choose ally. You can chat with ur ally there

I meant in the forum. Your suggestion is one solution, but I think it would be better in the forum.
Is it possible to let 3/4 players have exclusive access to a topic?

Nope. The forum is an open place. Everybody can see it. If you want a private forum for you and your friends i suggest create your own clan or join one. You can have a private forum on clan

How can I join a clan? I wrote on the recruitment topic but no one sent me any messages regarding it.

there are plenty of clans out there that support low ranks.
