Min/Max Elo Restrict for duels

It is more needed for duels rather than min/max rank because i am bored of rank 10 1000 elo guys join my duel and wait till forever

Duels should be anonymous or you join a duel anonymously then are locked in with player not revealed until t1 starts - would sort out players who select their duels and dont duel certain other people.

There should be 2 options, blind pick duel like u say or the classic one

Once players realise who they are playing there is nothing stopping them from just leaving before it starts...i like the thinking though.

This is interesting. However, if this were to be implemented, it'd have to be done so in a way that it's not up to the player to decide the MAX/MIN elo setting. Furthermore, what if a player reaches a very high elo or a very low elo? Then he or she wouldn't be able to duel anyone for a given amount of time.
