Change to Duels

My proposal is the turn to go on as it is,even if 1 is disconnected and the other one ends turn,i propose this mainly due to the fact that there are many elo thefts,they would end turn to go from an unfavorable position in the duel and cap the other guy.
Or they would see the other player disconnect for a longer period and take the chance to cap him for 2 turns..
even the best duelers do this due to frustration from losing so they would go to any means possible to not lose.
