Difference between "Surrendering" and "Losing"?

Simple question. What is the difference between surrendering and losing by getting your capital captured?

Simple question. What is the difference between surrendering and losing by getting your capital captured?

They are the same. When you surrender you just ends the game faster.

Though, you can get a bit more of SP if your enemy actually takes your capital and kill you in this way, but you will need to wait till you lose... usually 2 turns depending of the victory conditions.
