Ban game ruiners

So i was playing a simple match of RP and this guy named Otto I came on and we start after starting he rouges everyone he can reach by t2 and says "its what you get for playing RP" so im gonna ask can the mods do something against this hate that these comp players give us like at least make a way to report them for ruining our games and maybe get them a ban or something same can be done in vise versa if a RP player ruins a comps game they can get reported and banned for ruining the match

You can ban them from any games that you host, but that's about it no punishment for being a bitch in atWar
