Can't enter game...

Well i can log in the game but when i click on a match it froze on loading screen , sometime im able to choose a color but when game start same happen froze on loading screen , what can i do

It happens to me when I download at war at computer and try to play on it. So, I don't use it. Try playing on Browser (Suggestion:Chrome).
If you are playing on browser then try restarting your computer. If the problem persists, try clearing your cache and cookies.

I made an good cleanup with ccleaner and remove some pretch , after restarting my pc return to the game it says plug-in silverlite cant charge , i reinstaled it and same problem

Try to update your sliverlight, maybe you're using an old version. AW needs Silverlight 4 or above.

1 - Clean browser history
2 - Try flushing the dns cache: Windows Start => cmd => ipconfig => insert the command "flushdns"
3 - Update Silverlight
4 - Do clean up of system; ex. CCleaner
