Mod powers abuse + not enough proof to issue a 7 days ban

So the reason why I create this thread is because I got unfairly banned for 7 days and when I messaged the admins, they did read the messages but never responded. The mod I am reporting is 'Heat Check'. Now I know that I am just r5 and I also know that he is a mod that is respected by many, but that doesn't give him the right to issue bans without enough proof. So this is the ban itself :

So why was this an unfair ban and why are the provided screenshots not enough proof? Well, these screenshots only show the last remaining person in the game (with turns changed to 20 hours and etc...), but they do not really show how I had changed the settings before the game started... Which means there is absolutely no proof that I was the original creator of this game...

So you might ask then 'Why were you the only one remaining in that glitched game' ? Well, as the original host started the game and put it off-hold, everyone left the game (obviously, because they figured out it was a troll) but then I decided to just exit the browser and go to sleep. I expected that I would automatically leave the game (timeout) but it didn't happen so I technically stayed in the game for a more than 12h period.

Now yeah, I admit I have a past attempt of using IE (like before 2 months) but that doesn't mean it is me doing it again. There are many people that know about IE, so it would be wrong to simply guess who is responsible based on past attempt and not on enough proof.

Also players that are non-premium can't even start a "New World Empires at War v6" scenario. How do you explain that? How? If I really created that game then why are there no screenshots of me editing the initial settings (before the game started)? ... Awaiting responses, thank you very much for reading this. lol

And that is absolutely mega relevant to the topic xD. I have to say... nice post count boost (because you don't have anything constructive to say on the topic anyways). Him, she, mod, famous, premium or not, rules are rules. What matters is if the decision is right or not, not if someone is more famous or not. And if the admins really decide to stand up for someone over their popularity even though they did wrong, then I have to say- that is quite sad. By the logic of 'Heat Check' I could get anyone banned. Why? Well I can create a game, inspect element the turn time, start the game when there are more than 5 players, put off-hold, pass the host, screenshot the guy who has the host, and it is done. If they are not suitable for the mod position, famous or not they shouldn't be staff

I wouldn't even post about the ban in the forums if they responded, but no. I also stated that in the beginning of my thread

Make a second account, rank 5 is easily farmable. Or do something else life is great, workout, read, get laid/fap, learn to apply makeup to your face, hunt muslims..

This is an alt, don't worry-i don't need a compensation or anything, all i want is proof that the ban is relevant because it is not. and how is making secondary account even relevant to the topic as the ban is no longer even in use? i would understand if it was a perma ban but...

look I know people make mistakes, nobody is perfect but when you keep ignoring the player after banning him without legitimate proof then that is a big red flag. I would understand if he apologised for the error, but nope. It is almost like a kid who tries to save his skin

You cant actually expect people to support you against the mods? The smart thing to do is suck mod dick if you want to be left alone, same applies to cops in real life, at least in public. Thats how the world works, go with the flow

dude moderators spend their freetime for that.. ofc they have sometimes better things to do then explain you why your alt got a 7 day ban ....
