Cost bug

It says inf cost 10 etc, but i never can buy them these price.

There's an upgrade for General that reduces the weekly cost, the weekly cost is cost / 10. They 'reduced' the cost just to modify the weekly cost, don't know if it works anyway.

Yes i know that upgrade but there shouldn't be like in faq/unit page.
