Teamgame elo

This was suggested before by someone but im making a new thread with almost same idea but with some modifications.
So the host can have extra options when he makes a game :
1- Player v Player elo . (Which is that each player from each team gets to pick another player from another team to duel during the game)
2- Team v Team elo (Where the winning team gets elo from the lossing team)
3- Off (where the game wont have team elo)

Ideas/Suggestions?

You know this is exactly like ClanWars, just join a clan and do clan wars if you want to wager elo

Its nothing like cw cuz elo will be given to players.
And im already in a clan but 90% of clns are scared to cw us but thanks for suggesting

Support, will be very usefull to balance teams, doing so based on rank only just doesnt work....
