3v3 games with Elo points

Before all, I know this doesnt belong here in Gen.Discussion forum, but I beg mods not to move this in Suggestion forum immideatly, because everything that goes there is being forgotten.
After we discuss enough about this, I will move it there on my own.

What are 3v3 Elo games?
• Pretty same thing as individual Duels where 1 player plays against another with a chance of winning or losing Elo
• In this case, team of 3 players will play against another team with a chance of winning or losing Elo
• Whole team who win certain game is gaining Elo and, on the other side, whole team that loses certain game is losing Elo points

How should 3v3 Elo games work?
• Average Elo would be taken from each team

Example:
Team A is filled with 3 players:
PLAYER A1 have 1356 Elo points
PLAYER A2 have 989 Elo points
PLAYER A3 have 1102 Elo points

Average Elo of Team A players: 1149 Elo points

Team B is filled with another 3 players:
PLAYER B1 have 1456 Elo points
PLAYER B2 have 992 Elo points
PLAYER B3 have 1205 Elo points

Average Elo of Team A players: 1217 Elo points

2 teams with 2 different average Elo points are facing each other.
- It should work in a same way as it is working with individual duels:
1149 Elo points vs. 1217 Elo points

Team who have players with bigger amount of Elo points is supposed to have bigger chances for winning, thats why they will earn less Elo points if they win than another Team whose average of Elo is lower and who will gain more Elo if they win, but their chances are smaller.

How should 3v3 Elo games look like?

Something like this, with some extra window that opens of you point your mouse on Duel games:

Point of 3v3 Elo games ?
• More motivation cuz standard 3v3 games are starting to be bored after you played more than 1k of them
• Elo will give you additional ambition of winning a standard game that is not Coalition war, but you have something to play for

Only problem may be that player who got smallest amount of Elo points will be able to gain more than he deserved because an average Elo of WHOLE teams is taken into account, not individual...... but I am thinking on solving that issue in some way.

Support rated teamgames ofc, not the first time this has been suggested. But i doubt we can get it implemented until the html5 is sorted. Then we can bug the admins

I didnt see this before, but now I am the one who is suggesting this which means I will be boring and pressure all until we get Ivan and Amok implement this... with HTML5 if cannot before

But im scared this would have anty effect,and new players that learnt 3v3 wont like to play it.(cuz they scared to lose)
Then only who will play are big ranks that are scared to play 3v3 cuz someone will "steal" their"secret"strategies.

As it is mentioned in thread, this thing you will be able if you choose Duel games, not in regular team games

Well.we will see how it goes when it will be implented.
I think that that won't be big work to implent it.(just diting duel by adding 6 max players and team :d)

Two things

Since rp and other high sp paying maps are nerfed anyways, that indirectly encourages 3v3s. Adding a boost to the sp would further increase that sp gap, and other maps may suffer from it

Elo seems like a good idea, since there are some players who play primarily for the glory (cough cough higher ranks) who usually dont 3v3 since they can cw instead for prestige. Adding elo would give them a way to be recognized for 3v3 skills that isnt through playing cws. As an additional benefit, high ranks playing 3v3s would help other players improve by playing good players who would otherwise only be cwing

And please, for dog's sake PLEASE let us swap countries. So we can prioritize picks and pick turkey first, for example. At the moment it sucks because if whoever got first pick in your team sucks at turkey, then yeah..
In LoL this is possible, in the "draft pick" mode you can swap champions before the game starts. There is no reason to not implement this :/

Support . This is a cool idea that will add a new twist to the already existing 3v3. Although there might be an issue with people getting upset because they have players on their team with low elo, however that just might motivate people to start dueling more to improve their own elo.

No support because if anyone in your team leaves/disconnects(even if he didnt do it on purpose)you will ofc lose and also lose your elo together,so why make 3v3 elo game?!?!?
