[OPEN - Can't reproduce] Clan application

Expected behavior:
Pending application

Actual behavior:
Empty application

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I don't know how to reproduce it

Information:
Browser: Chrome

Browser version: Chrome 70

OS: Windows 10

Any other relevant information:
It comes and goes for the past 4 years.

When I look at Applications right now it is not empty, it shows 1 user listed there (username: tuncbey). So at the moment it appears to be working correctly.

I'll leave the bug report open for now, but until I can reproduce it I don't know what to suggest.

OK.
I sent an invitation to tuncbey two days ago (now cancelled).
And that's right, it works fine, I can see the players I'm inviting and I can also see who is applying, but for some reason there is 1 ghost application.
