Elo point

Hi .. i don't understand why atwar have removed all my ELO points? I've never been banned or anything ... so why
I was playing a duel and then the duel was canceled, I go to my profile and I see that I have no more points..general or in season .. why ????????
I was playing against Guest41083 which I now see does not exist on the platform. How is it possible? who explains to me what happened?

hi. well, the elo points are when you win/lose a duel against another person. im not an expert on atwar but I heard they remove elo points when people think youre alt. Guest accounts are eliminated 2 days after they creation, maybe is that why the account doesn't exist anymore. And Supporter/admin/mod should tell more about this. but atleast you have a probability of why your elo was remove.





Edit: ok forget about what I said. if that happend your elo should be 1k. its 0, which is strange, you should send a message to a mod.

Well i took a look at your profile and at least now your elo is not 0, for this season is 921.2 and the general 918.8.
But yeah still its quite weird, i dont understand why duels lost to accounts that are deleted appears the minus... (e.g. -10) while a duel won to a deleted account is not counted.

yep clavis fix all..was a bug
but trust me was 0 general 0 season
