I actually thought about that too. It's a pretty big coincidence this happened so soon after the expulsion of russian diplomats / salsbury.

It would mean UK is sick and think it is relevant in modern geopolitics.

What's there to tell. Russia inherited KGB techniques of extracting information, therefore no need for killing someone you just gave up to UK. Everything FSB wants to know - will know, before Skripals set foot in Britain. They are poisoned by May so she can have pretext to divert attention from her failing administration + to have excuse to boycot World Cup. Logic says Russia doesn't need such incident when its promoting national image with this international event. But West repeats Sochi propaganda (when they used gay rights as excuse to boycot).

About fires, there's been 2 more, one in Petersburg, one in Moscow, in mental hospital. It is not english spies, but old installations and maintenance neglegance, widespread in Russia and Eastern Europe, one of the reasons i miss Stalin and Stalinist Era.

Btw Communism in its true form cant completely work (China doesnt count because it has a Democraticish economy)
