I recently started hosting casual games and have noticed players who join after I start the game are not getting their turn 1 reinforcements, leaving them vulnerable at the beginning of the next turn. This is particularly unfair when it's a tight map with players packed closely together. When, and why, are players who join during turn 1, but after it's started, not get the starting reinforcements? I think it would be more fair if they did. Thanks.
