How duels work

Okay, I have a couple of questions about duels. First: do you only lose SP you earned ingame or is it from you accumulated SP?

If it is from accumulated SP, can you lose ranks from losing enough duels?

If you've lost the duel, SP is taken from your accumulated SP amount (not the ingame one). And yes, you can in fact lose ranks if you lose that much SP.

Can you lose upgrades if you run out of SP?

No, you won't be allowed to duel in case you have too low SP.
