[CLOSED - Missing info] Mix of strange bugs

Recently I and a few others, (asking around and have seen from help chat) have been experiencing random bugs, game freezing pre pick, unit's not moving losing money post pick, income going to another player even though another person owns that city, and UI glitches. What's happening
