No no, then use 1/5, so you can get round number. 1/3 and 1/6 always make 'number-point-something' (16.6 or 8.5) save you time to calculate and update our economies. Unless there is some j*rk who invest non-round number like 7 lol.

I like your idea of boosting economies
I was going to suggest an automatic boost every 3-4 turns (kind of like reinforcement turns) of 5% of total income (not including sanctions) but I like your idea more

From now on, you can only declare war on 1 nation at a turn.

Make rule that we can do only 1 thing in every field of RP:

1 thing in military sphere
1 thing in economy sphere
1 thing in politics sphere
1 thing in society sphere

So we can't declare war 2 times in same turn, or declare war AND send troops to aid ally etc.

That can be implemented as well, but it will make the game way too complicated, atleast for Mail.ru, he would have to spend hours calculating all that (while mods do nothing but that's another story)

Every country have different dynamic and policy in its economy, so we have different growth rates in percentage. That can be changed via UN sanctions, wars, unrest, foreign investment. But as i said, it will create more job for mail.ru.
