Allow 1 or 2 members to make clan wars

The current system for having clans wars is minimum 3 people need to be present for clan war to even start. I am not exactly sure what the reason for such a change is. A lot of times clans don't have a 3rd present so even if they want to 2 v 2 cw they can't and have to wait for the 3rd to come online.

Don't think this is required anymore.

Go and duel someone if you want to 1 vs 1 with an official record. 1 vs 1 Cln Wars aren't needed. 2 vs 2 could be fine though.

Its referred to as a clan war, hence a team fight, not solo. Wouldnt recommend allowing 1v1s. 2v2 is fine.

We did 2v2 today you just need to pop in some alts and then kik em lol

With 1v1 the word "clan war"would lose its point since its "clan" war so we reach the point of team work on 2v2.support 2v2
