RESOLVED: Stealth Capital?

In Brazil: South, the capital city Curitiba refuses to show # of troops in the star, no matter how close you zoom in.

The idea of stealth-ed cities is a cool concept, but I'm not sure that was the original intention....;D

I noticed that too, it happens because the star marking the capital is above the circle with troop number

Curitiba is a special city with a special superpower!

I have had the same problem too.
