Joining: You need to be rank 10 or 11 at the moment of signing up to join. After that you can rank up if you want.

Okay for w4r to be away 2 weeks and dbax be afk 2 weeks for final... but I get knocked out after trying to play bax but couldnt finish because of bad net.. then you make a deadline for like 10 days and when I still have bad net get knocked out.... just be fucking patient..
