You have lost all credibility from now on.

I actually agree that it was a good idea, and still is. However there were several problems with the implementation, the main one's being:

Premium players were also limited by the rank limits

I think everyone should have still been able to set max rank to 20 and minimum to 0. Then we still had the old freedoms while aiding the gradual learning process.

Eventually we could do the same and remove the beginners room, allowing percolation of skill down through ranks steadily instead of one big jump from beginners to main, which is the problem at the moment. However I think we all need to talk more again before any more drastic changes are made.

The beginners room serves the same purpose as the rank limit idea they wanted to implement. Thus, beginners room should be removed once the rank limit idea is improved.
