I think you could do this easily without one of the arrogant experienced map makers, starcraft borders aren't that complex so as long as you have a lot of free time I think you could make this yourself.

i have time but dont know how to make it yet, maybe new tools will be easier to use

Yeah , the Html5 map making tools are easier to use (They are not).
