Someone limit the amount of times you can rejoin.

I've recently played a game where id had to kill the player 5 times and he still didnt give up and rejoined(he started the map so not my settings) eventually i just gave up and surrendered with 1000 units.Yay FUN!

In 10k games or less, this isn't an issue... Only way to prevent it is not join 99 Latejoin 50k games.
