Custom zoom in map making

I don't think if that would be so hard to program and implement, so seeing we can't upload maps bigger than the default map (9999*5300) and seeing we have problems in the new HTML5 editor when we upload big map backgrounds, i think it would be awesome if we can set the default zoom for playing in the process of map making. That could open new posibilities (example, full zoom on an Europe only map can give more factions and lands, etc.

So you mean instead of cropping the world map to said region in said software, map maker would do this for us?
