Able to pass host to a specific person

You should be able to pass host to a specific person using the players menu because the pass host system is very glitchy and it usually just passes to 2 or 3 people which is usually the person who doesn't know how to be the host or is a r1 or r2 who doesn't know how to be host yet.

Full support. This would significantly reduce gamefails as host will get passed to people who will keep the game on hold until its full.

I've been saying this for years! Would love to see it implemented
