Problem moving units.

Ok, i've just tested in a game if i can move units easily, and i did move them with no problems, but in a game with more than 3people they are just stucking and it takes like 3clicks on each unit to move.
i don't have any programs on really beside skype, and my interet is fairly well and i'm using google chrome, if any one experienced this and solved, please tell me.
