OPEN: Upgrades Not Showing in Units Page

None of the newer upgrades (at least the ones I bought) seem to be showing up when I open the Units page.
The old ones (Transport and Air Transport Capacity) are fine, and the ones involving the General (+1 defense, +1 Militia HP) appear when the My General's Stack box is checked, but ones like Lucky Infantry (+1 ARB) don't show up at all.
Unfortunately, since most of the upgrades that improve stats or reduce cost are very expensive SP-wise, I can't really give a more comprehensive list of which upgrades aren't showing up.

I have to add that it not showing how much sp till the next upgrade. or is it suppose to end with lucky infantry?

Currently, yes thats the highest one at 30k (or 27k).

I am actually having this problem, I haven't bought stealth yet which I believe is 18000 but it doesn't show any sort of next upgrade while I only have 12k.
