Preset alliances for scenarios!

Sorry if this has been asked before but I searched and found nothing. So in my colonial scenario all the major powers always ally and it's really annoying. So can we have preset alliances that can't be broken until I allow it in events or something. So maybe I'll make 13 colonies an ally of Great Britain until turn x then they can end their alliance if they want.

Allows to build scenarios beyond the "no alliances allowed", "forced alliances" (teams) and "alliances enabled" schemes...
Now, what's the purpose?
I´m currently gathering the material for a map/scenario on the diverse guerrillas in Latin America: ELN, EZLN, FARC, MRTA, Tupamaros, M-19, EPR, etc. and the counter-insurgency agencies, CIA, SNI, DOI-CODI, etc. It would be nice to have this tool of "forcing" specific alliances beyond the drastic (and claustrophobic! lol) scheme of teams.

Couldn't you accomplish this with Scenario Sides? I haven't made a Scenario since 2011, so I'm probably wrong, but you understand the picture.

Not really since scenario sides makes it a team game, I'd like to make a scenario where I can pick what countries are at peace, have alliances, or are at war. Plus preset alliances give the option to make new alliances or get rid of old ones.

This will make 7 years war balanced with none of this France allying Britain shit.

This will solve a lot of issues for scenarios we've had with nations allying each other when they shouldn't or attacking those they should ally, so support.

This will be awesome for GGG. Even for an early WW2, making Germany and CCCP at peace untill a certain point.
