Here's some of my suggestions.

Take out Axis and give Iran and Syria to Arab League (MEU). Also give Djibouti and Somalia to MEU since they are in Arab League irl.
Also take out swiss.

Put in two terrorism groups. Terror Group 1 will be covering the Asia-Pacific region, and Terror Group 2 will be in the Atlantic Region. Give them bases all over the world, but make their cap hard to reach similar to how swiss's cities in Antarctica are now.
Make them rich so they can bribe other countries.

Also add in some real life disputed territories i.e. Faulkland Islands and Senkaku Islands.

More suggestions:
1. Add mines in Antarctica with 1k income but put like 30 troops in them (lots of mines like covering all of Antarctica). Then everyone will go out to Antarctica to go out and get those mines. (put swiss vaults somewhere else).

2. Add Taliban and Somalian Pirates.

3. Remove the nuke and add different versions of it but make it very expensive:
Atom Bomb - 10k - Attack 500, Defence 7
Missile Warheads - 3k - Attack 50, Defence 1
Torpedoes - 5k - Attack 100, Defence 3 (can be used to destroy submarines)
Ballistic Missiles - 6k - Attack 100, Defence 10
Cruise Missiles - 5k - Attack 100, Defence 3
Short Range Missiles - 2k - Attack 25
Long Range Mssiles - 4k - Attack 80

4. Replacement for Bomber:
Eurofighter Typhoon - (for NEU, SEU and WEU)
Chengdu J20 - (for China)
KAI T-50 - (for Japan)
F35 Lightning - (for USA)
HESA Saeqeh - (for Iran)
HAL TEJAS - (for India)

1. The new UN doesn't feel like UN for me. Its because everyone fights terrorists and the UN part of the game gets ruined by that. Also everybody can attack terrorists in the first turn, which can hide things such as if someone attacks another person. I think you should not allow terrorists to attack by themselves as the controlled bit of the UN Game disappears so they should declare war.

2. I want AU back. Take out Axis and give it to Turkey and USA gets Israel.

3. North Korea should get a nuclear base near Hawaii with enough nukes to have a good fight with USA.

4. Add terrorists in every nation.

5. Add oil fields, secret services (that make satelites and very strong marines) and Nuke silos

Hmmm. 2 i may add au back but its not going to be all of africa

The Global Terrorist isn't distributed fairly. Some nations like Europe and Canada and Russia don't have any Global Terrorists in however in other nations like FRCA and India there is 4 Global Terrorist bases.

Adding terrorists to every nation is stupid. Remove terrorists and add Anonymous. Focus them mainly in USA. Anonymous would be a organziation to overthrow USA, Iran and NK.

Don't double post. Anyway i agree the should be anonymous. Its much more of a better idea since terrorist don't show up in Russia and Europe which means this country are unharmed while the Middle East gets pounded every turn.

I am sorry for going off topic anyways. But I was trying to submit a suggestion.

Suggestions:

New Rule 1: The UN(s) are the boss and must be fair. They are the referee and are not allowed to take other nations, even if they are unoccupied. Don't play the UN role if you can't handle it. Known SP farmers and rouges must be banned by the community from playing the UN role.

Modification of Bank Rule: Auctioning of abandoned land favors the wealthy nations and is not allowed. The UN must divide it fairly between regional nations.

Expansion of Rule 8: an international war is when an ally wants to join in defending/attacking. The UN must weigh in here and decide if it is acceptable to let the war expand. Rule 6 seems to be conflicting and should be deleted. The UN must decide all wars not automatically validated (like a fly-over of another player's land).
