Wheres the game options pack?

I'm glad that there is the seperate packs.but when I try to look in premium there's only the Full Feature.
Where are the other packs?

They're gone.
But you can buy packs with Kongregate I think.

The premium packages were being restructured. It is not sure yet if individual packs will be back or not. What you ccould do is get yourself 499 protocoins which was the previous prize for the custom map for the package you want and send a personal message to Ivan or Amok. They can unlock it for you.

So how much is the scenario building pack and can I still send them protocoins for it?

I'd like to build maps but I have nowhere near enough free cash to buy the whole package. I really wish they'd just let us buy the individual packages again.
