Cant choose capital

I'm not sure if this is just me but... When I join a new game or anything and its my turn to choose my country, when I click the capital it doesn't give me the option to choose that country...
Its not cause I don't have money or anything
It just doesn't give the option...

You must click the country's land, not the capital. If you click the capital, the city's menu will show up.
In case the country is too small (Luxembourg, for example) you can click a city from the country and then click the country's name.
