Hello I'll try to keep this short. In the unit creation tab, there's a section in which units can get a "defensive bonus" towards ether "all units" or manually selected ones. My question is; Can a negative defense bonus be implemented or is it impossible at the moment? For example, imagine a battleship have 20 defense and a submarine have 10 attack. When the submarine attacks the battleship the defensive value on the battleship is -15 towards the submarine and therefore gives the submarine a advantage. Is this a possible game mechanic yet? Yes, it's implemented, just type in "-15" or whatever number you want.

You can make a boozaka unit and give it's defensive bonus against tanks :0

Hello Thanks so much for all of your answers. I've tried the "-" concept as you suggested Barron_Adam3 but yet with little success. The result's outcome is shortly as "invalid value". Kirigaya Kazuto that's something I would love to try on a world map at some points ! Best regards Gall

It would be cool if you could give them a negative cost, so your unit would be like a building or a bank. It gives you money each turn but if it's destroyed, you lose that bonus.

Why not simply make unit cost and upkeep separate? I mean, if <insert map-maker username here> wants to make a unit with 100 cost but zero upkeep, or 100 per turn upkeep, why isn't he/she allowed to?

That would be ideal, and it would allow for negative upkeep as well. Hopefully they can implement this at some point.

Can't you just give subs an ATTACK advantage VS destroyers? are there not attack bonus settings?.. for all or specific units?
