Why won't you consider making Palestine in the map, and removing the 'extra cities' option from Premium? It's annoying to see Israel is in your empire but not Palestine, same with RSA and Swaziland, Togo, Benin, Northern Canada, et cetera.

Oh, and also, please make the jet fighters a standard air-to-air unit.
