Which type of player can adapt best to a new map?

if you scroll up you will notice a guy called "Stronk amorphous" (he is muslim) or something like that, he sounded just as stupid and had similar arguments as you so i assumed you were his alt

jk.. i just find it fun to mess around. In all seriousness however, i have played a couple scenarios (Aetius's WW1 and some ww2 one, idk which one) and i didn't have the time to finish them, however, i did start out playing bad because i had no idea how the scenario worked. However, i still ended up on the winning side (sad I couldnt keep the sp) because of just having more skill than opponents

Good idea guys! i volunteer my self for picking a random map, i am so unbiased that i would throw my own mother in jail if i thought she was dangerous. But i understand if you dont trust me and want to find someone more neutral. Just do it. Quick. And post the date here so we can watch

Just my personal opinion, I belive that the reason default map players can beat scenario players in scenario maps while scenario players can't beat default players on default map, is default map itself. It is based too much on memorising key moves and remebering a predefined expansion formula. WW1 also has this issue, and that's why most default map players are not good at WW1 eventhough they can cope in other scenarios like Ultimate WW2. Another reason is that you can easily host and start a default map so training there is easier.

Scenario players are used to not knowing the units and cities/countries income/reinforcements, so they'll look for those differences more actively than default map players.

There is only one - Nero

Instead of asking which type of player can best adapt to the map you should ask what player can best adapt to the map:
F. Sultan Mehmet, or FSM for short is your answer.
always remembers every move he makes and does it no matter what his opponent does, he would be an awesome scenario player in no time! (If he were still playing)
