I propose rank should be cap at 10

I am tired of getting gangbang or being accused of having bigger advantage in game because of me being a rank 13. ffs a rank 9 is same as any rank above rank 9.

Why? I think it's good that the rank went up to 20 (Im pretty sure it did anyway) the only problem i have is the symbols don't look cool....they should really make them look like the cod black ops series. Totally amazing & if possible animated, different colors would also be good.
