Ignored bug

I have noticed a bug with a few players recently that allows them to PR me in game, but then it says I ignore them in PM's.

Here is Black_Swans ss of the PM area: prnt.sc/agvjjh (copy paste this into ur browser)

As seen in the ss, he cant PM me back. However, he can still PR me in game.

Also, I had the same bug with Phoenix the day before.

This got resolved but neither of us have any clue how it did.

Is there a way to fix this?

ok first link is fixed sorry bout that.

secondly, the ignore sign is missing because I haven't ignored black swans. which makes me wonder why he cant PM me
