I don't know if it exists, but...

So I can't make scenarios, because I don't have premium, and I also don't know if it already exist, but we should make a two team Napoleonic War Scenario, where there is Imperial France, there puppets on one team, (French Team) and the other team consisting of Russia, Prussia, Polish Rebels, (They will have cities dotted throughout French Poland), Britain, and Italian Freedom Fighters (Like the polish ones, they will have cities dotted throughout north italy). Also, this should be only Europe. Can someone make this?
