The ability for a country to ''uninf'' itself

Many, and I mean MANY times I hear and see people troll pick a country then leave to purposely ''inf'' it or they have to go for whatever reason leaving behind an infed country.

For example: Someone picks Poland then leaves, basically ''infing'' it

With my solution we could have it so when the player leaves the country can automatically ''uninf'' itself so we wont have sitiuations of infed countries during gameplay (primarily 3v3s).
