So froyer is back, he has received his punishment; which I wholeheartedly support; he has served his time. Let's move on and try enjoy the game because make no mistake , I need to emphasize once more this is a game. To those who wish to destroy an entire coalition not only do I believe it to be unwarranted, it is simply counter productive. I mean what have I done wrong? Anyway my innocence or guilt is hardly the point. I have stated this privately to a few, by now it is a known fact that that atwar is a niche game, it is important to attract and more importantly RETAIN new players if you wish your game to grow. Far too often I believe the members of the community practise self sabotage.

It is easy to think of froyer as a villain, of course his provocative nature does him little favours, but let's not forget his positive contributions. Without froyer and abraham I know I definitely would never have played this game, and players like brutal and others developed in no small part due to froyer's influence. One less clan does not help the game. My very small piece of advice especially to long standing members of comp community. Lets try a paradigm shift, instead of thinking of yourself as the centre of the universe, imagine you are a small part of a very small thing, that you really enjoy and you would like to see it grow. When you take an action, ask yourself, will this help the thing I enjoy grow or not, and maybe let that be your guiding influence.
If for some strange reason there is no real repentance and future violations occur then rules are rules. In that case justice must not only be done but must also be seen to be done.

He wasn't sure himself whether bypassing these walls was allowed or not. Nothing in the guidelines made that clear enough so It is not entirely his fault, and his explanation in his appeal seemed believable as well. For the record, I only did it once and then promised to never use it again, don't conclude I/we are bug abusers just from one offense. You also need to know that ENIGMA had rewalled in the same cw a turn before I bypassed ankara, which wasn't cool as well, and imo their cw should be deleted because that way they cheated as well.

In my opinion, it's how the system encourages you to play the game. To blame it all on the players is unfair. They are just trying to win with that system. It's a competition; people do anything to win.

so why blame us, "the players" for this situation that your clan is right now?
Also how dare you say that whats happening to your clan right now is undeserved and that not clan waring you is counter productive? When the same clan just last season did not clan war for a whole fucking month, how is that not counterproductive? how doesnt that make the season less active? how does that help with the activity when theres less people which means nothing reduction of total activity from others too. The problem isnt Froyer but its the clan and its whole mentality, so if instead of Froyer lets say it was Jugers and Kaska for arguments shake people would do the same.
We deny to clan war Cynical, not Froyer, big difference.

My clan won't be playing a clan with history of abuses and bugging, and we won't play anyone that does either. The ban given by the mods simply wasn't enough, so we the clans who actually care about the integrity of the game will take our own action. Shame on anyone that supports this shit or tries to defend it. It has gone unpunished for too long.

Sot will veto every clan who plays Cynical too.

We demand a real punishment to finish this once and for all.

Back then Cynical's team had different active members, now it has DJ, myself, 1122 and T3mpest. I don't think it is fair for all of us, new players that joined this clan, to be dragged into this and being avoided because of previous allegations against the clan whether it was camping or not. That's what DJ meant when he asked you whether he had done something wrong but you of course missed that. And Lelouch's stance is correct as well anyways.

I already took a stance against that in my previous post where it becomes obvious that your clan also doesn't play very fair because it rewalled in CW as it could be seen in the attached screenshot in my last post. If your clan cared about the integrity of this game you wouldn't rewall against me. I don't know why that CW isn't deleted when everyone knows that Berlin rewall was almost as unfair as when I bypassed Ankara, I daresay even more unfair since our strategy was focused on double-rushing, but I admit that retaliation on the next turn wasn't the right thing to do and our punishment was completely fair. You don't have to be a dick about this, I admitted my fault already, I am only saying you too played unfairly.

If you can give me any proof that my clan used to abuse bugs besides this bypassing-wall bug we used two weeks ago and only once then I will personally consider leaving the clan as I wouldn't want to be part of a place where abuses frequently happen.

Ofcourse move on. But remember once I see someone abusing im holding Cold Case responsible for giving them an HARSH punishment

What Froyer really should have done is join a clan that has multiple mods in it. He would have never been banned even if he would reveal personal information about someone or use racist language.
